When do I pay?
Never upfront. Our fee is deducted from each successful transaction before payout — if you don't sell, you don't pay anything.
Are there any other fees?
No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no per-market or per-method surcharges. Currency conversion on payouts uses the mid-market rate with a transparent margin shown in your dashboard.
What happens on refunds and chargebacks?
Refunded amounts are returned to the buyer and netted from your next payout. Chargebacks are handled end to end by Morpe, including representment — the disputed amount is netted while the case is open and returned if we win.
How do payouts work?
All markets, methods and currencies settle into one balance, paid out to your bank on a weekly or monthly schedule in your chosen currency, with a single reconciled statement.
